No-Refund Policy

At HiCard.sg , operated by SGMOBI.COM Pte. Ltd. , we provide digital services including the hosting, customization, and display of virtual name cards and business cards. As our services involve the delivery of non-tangible, digitally hosted content , we maintain a strict no-refund policy .

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase, subscription, or payment for any digital service is completed through our platform, it is considered final and non-refundable , except as required by law.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incompatibility with your devices or systems

  • Dissatisfaction with service features after usage

  • Unused portions of a subscription

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contact.us@sgmobi.com  within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the situation and, if a billing error is confirmed, we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time on a subscription.

5. Service Delivery

By purchasing a digital service on HiCard.sg, you acknowledge that the delivery of such service begins immediately upon confirmation of payment. Therefore, your right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase under applicable consumer laws may not apply.

Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases are non-refundable once activated. We recommend trying our Free plan or taking advantage of our trial period before upgrading.
